Bink's Return Policy

Defective Merchandise Return Policy:

Here at Bink, we stand behind our products 100%! If you receive a defective item, contact Bink within 15 days after receipt for an exchange and a Return Authorization Number (RAN). The RAN must be clearly written on the OUTSIDE of the box or delivery will be refused. Refunds will be given only if the item is out of stock or discontinued. We thoroughly inspect all handbags for defects before we ship. Items damaged in transit must immediately be brought to the attention of Bink and the shipping company, i.e. USPS. Please return all handbags in the original box with packing materials. It is highly recommended you insure the parcel for the amount of the item and get a tracking number, as Bink is not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected returns. Closeout items are sold "as-is" and are not returnable. Sorry, absolutely no returns on international orders. All sales are final except items deemed defective by Bink Handbags.

Important Information Regarding International Orders:

If you are planning on ordering a handbag to be shipped out of the United States, there may be taxes or duties due once the handbag reaches it's destination. We have no way of knowing what these taxes or duties will be, if any, for all individual countries. Our experiences have been rather inconsistent with regard to the amount of the import tax or if one will even be imposed by other countries.

Please make yourself familiar with the import laws, taxes, and fees imposed by the country in which you will be sending or receiving the handbag prior to ordering. No refunds and no returns on handbags shipped internationally
