Well, finally good news. My wife LOVED the second bag and in fact wanted to get it originally but when she bought the first one retail with her girlfriend, her friend had bought the square one. So all's well that ends well. We carefully wrapped the first one we bought from you back in the box and I sent it yesterday. You should get it in about 5 bus. days. I received my shoulder bag/backpack several weeks ago. I was very impressed with your services. From the moment I placed the order to the moment I opened the box, it was like you were there with me every step of the way to reassure me of what an excellent decision I had made. I received two confirmation emails, and an email with my UPS tracking number which I used to track my package twice a day. Then, three days later, it was like Christmas. I received the package just as you had indicated. Included in the box was a handwritten "Thank You" note. What a special touch! I wasn't the only one waiting in anticipation. Several coworkers of mine were also anxiously awaiting my new purchase. It was a big hit, and it continues to be. Everywhere I go, I get lots of compliments. Today, a gal at the boutique where I get my hair done asked where I got my backpack. I gave her your website address. I'm sure you won't mind.
